This is a continuation from the earlier post, "Immersing in Vintage: Brunches Cafe Part 1".

Apart from the ambience, the delectable food is the other reason we frequent Brunches Cafe. The cafe serves all day breakfast, until 6 pm daily so if you are like us, craving for breakfast menu beyond morning hours, simply drop by Brunches Cafe then!

Us having brunch in the late afternoon @ Brunches Cafe

Here's the priciest item on the breakfast menu: Pimp My Brekkie.

Pimp My Brekkie @ Brunches Cafe

You have the choice of one egg done the way you like it and one or two mains depending on whether you choose from the list of portobello mushroom, gourmet sausage, chicken ham, char-grilled bacon, smoked salmon or the atas selections of minute rib-eye steak, seared tuna. What's interesting here is the 63° Sous Vide option for the egg (not seen in the picture as he likes his eggs scrambled). Try it and you may just prefer this over poached eggs in future.

Deluxe Club Sandwich @ Brunches Cafe

Deluxe Club Sandwich. Grilled juicy chicken with bacon and egg, sandwiched between toasted crispy bread. The portion is good for sharing unless you're famished like me, having my first meal of the day at 5 pm.

Heavenly Baked Cajun Chicken Pizza @ Brunches Cafe

On another visit, we tried the Heavenly Baked Cajun Chicken Pizza. (I have a love for pizzas probably because it's similar to one of my favourite food, bread!) Brunches is generous with the toppings and the pizza is so good that I finished 3/4 of it on my own. All thoughts of

tabao-ing half the pizza went out of the window...

Brunches Fiery Aglio Olio @ Brunches Cafe

Brunches Fiery Aglio Olio with smoked duck. There are other options for toppings: minute rib-eye steak, chicken steak or seafood. He has a high tolerance for hot stuff (think bird's eye chili) so he claimed this linguine isn't fiery like its name. I personally find it a little 'over' too, to call it 'fiery'. Probably just spicy. Overall, it still makes for a satisfying main as you can see from his smile.

Dinner @ Brunches Cafe

The Molten Lava Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream we had when we were there with his family. Simple, sweet indulgence.

For bread lovers, Brunches has freshly baked bread loaves as well, for sale over their counter.

We will definitely drop by again to try out the other items on the extensive menu. If you are keen to visit, do note that Brunches Cafe is especially packed during the weekends.
